Sams club sells some of those things. Anyway the one near me used to. (Rochester MN)
Look for one in your city or near by.
Generally those things come in huge amounts( anywhere from 250 to 1000 to a case, depending on the paper item) so you could talk to a local bakery and see if you could buy some from them.
